High-dose%Gamma globulin%SLE
目的::观察大剂量静注丙种球蛋白治疗重症系统性红斑狼疮( systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)疗效。方法:应用大剂量静注人体丙种球蛋白(20 g/d)冲击治疗44例重症SLE,观察患者治疗前后SLE活动积分和相应临床指标,包括临床症状、体征和实验室检查的变化。结果:大剂量静注丙种球蛋白可有效改善患者的临床症状,如水肿、高血压、关节炎、发热等,降低患者血抗核抗体( antinuclear antibody,ANA)、抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率和血沉,提高患者补体C3、C4水平。 SLE 活动积分治疗前为(16.8±4.2),治疗后为(6.5±3.7),治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论:大剂量静注丙种球蛋白冲击治疗重症SLE有效且安全。
目的::觀察大劑量靜註丙種毬蛋白治療重癥繫統性紅斑狼瘡( systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)療效。方法:應用大劑量靜註人體丙種毬蛋白(20 g/d)遲擊治療44例重癥SLE,觀察患者治療前後SLE活動積分和相應臨床指標,包括臨床癥狀、體徵和實驗室檢查的變化。結果:大劑量靜註丙種毬蛋白可有效改善患者的臨床癥狀,如水腫、高血壓、關節炎、髮熱等,降低患者血抗覈抗體( antinuclear antibody,ANA)、抗ds-DNA抗體暘性率和血沉,提高患者補體C3、C4水平。 SLE 活動積分治療前為(16.8±4.2),治療後為(6.5±3.7),治療前後相比,差異有統計學意義( P <0.05)。結論:大劑量靜註丙種毬蛋白遲擊治療重癥SLE有效且安全。
목적::관찰대제량정주병충구단백치료중증계통성홍반랑창( systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)료효。방법:응용대제량정주인체병충구단백(20 g/d)충격치료44례중증SLE,관찰환자치료전후SLE활동적분화상응림상지표,포괄림상증상、체정화실험실검사적변화。결과:대제량정주병충구단백가유효개선환자적림상증상,여수종、고혈압、관절염、발열등,강저환자혈항핵항체( antinuclear antibody,ANA)、항ds-DNA항체양성솔화혈침,제고환자보체C3、C4수평。 SLE 활동적분치료전위(16.8±4.2),치료후위(6.5±3.7),치료전후상비,차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)。결론:대제량정주병충구단백충격치료중증SLE유효차안전。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of high -dose intravenous injection gamma globulin on severe systemic erythematosus (SLE). Methods:High-dose intravenous injection gamma globulin (20g / d) was applied to treat 44 cases of severe SLE, and the changes of SLE activity score and the corresponding clinical indicators ( including symptoms, signs and laboratory tests) of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results:High-dose intravenous injection gamma globulin was effective in improving patients' clinical symptoms ( such as edema, hypertension, arthritis, fever), lowering serum ANA, anti-ds-DNA antibody positive rate and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and improving pa-tients' complement C3, C4 levels. The difference of SLE activity score before treatment (16. 8 ± 4. 2) and after treatment (6. 5 ± 3. 7) was sig-nificant ( P <0. 05). Conclusion:It is effective and safe to apply high-dose intravenous injection gamma globulin for the treatment of severe SLE.
