首先，文章用因果图找出Z公司生产能力的影响因素。其次用层次分析法建立Z公司生产能力影响因素的层次结构模型。接着，建立判断矩阵并赋值计算，以及对层次进行单排序和总排序，确定相关因素的影响程度即权重大小，并结合因果图具体的显示了相关因素对Z公司生产能力影响程度的大小。最后，得出生产系统因素是影响Z公司生产能力最主要的因素，其次是生产工艺，为Z公司提高其生产能力提供了参考方向。

First of all, this paper uses cause and effect diagram to find out the factors which affecting the production capacity of Z company. Secondly, with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper constructs hierarchy model of the influence factors of production capacity of the Z company, then this paper constructs judgment matrix and the assignment, as well as conducts the single order and the total order of hierarchy to determine the weights of the factors, and combines with the cause and effect diagram to show the order of the influencing degree of related factors of Z company production capacity. Finally, it concludes that the production system factor is the most important factors that affect the Z company production capacity, followed by the production process. Besides, it provides the reference for Z company to improve its production capacity.
