结合厂内升压式涡轮调试经验,总结了引起振动的根本原因为转子共振和压气机喘振,涡轮出口结冰、转子零件松动、基础不牢等加剧了振动的烈度。为此对共振和喘振的机理进行了分析,并给出产品在设计、调试过程中应注意的事项和措施。
結閤廠內升壓式渦輪調試經驗,總結瞭引起振動的根本原因為轉子共振和壓氣機喘振,渦輪齣口結冰、轉子零件鬆動、基礎不牢等加劇瞭振動的烈度。為此對共振和喘振的機理進行瞭分析,併給齣產品在設計、調試過程中應註意的事項和措施。

Combining with the commissioning experience on compressor-turbines in the factory, the fundamental causes were summarized, which were rotor resonance and compressor surge. In addition, turbine export frozen, rotor parts loosed and basic not firmed contributed to the amplitude of vibration. So the mechanism of surge and the resonance was analyzed, and the measures and matters that should be paid attention were given in the process of the product design and debugging.
