针对模块化多电平换流器(modular multi-level converter,MMC)阀损解析计算结果不准确以及采用详细电磁暂态仿真计算耗时大的问题,本文提出一种利用MMC快速仿真模型精确计算中高频MMC阀损的计算方法。推导了利用MMC快速仿真模型精确计算MMC阀损的方法,提出MMC阀损的快速评估平台,并通过MMC详细开关模型与快速模型阀损计算结果比较验证了所提出的 MMC 快速计算模型阀损计算的准确性。而后对201电平 MMC 在50~1000 Hz 运行频率下的损耗进行了计算和对比,拟合了MMC阀损与有功功率以及MMC阀损与运行频率的关系。研究结果可以为中高频MMC的应用提供参考。
針對模塊化多電平換流器(modular multi-level converter,MMC)閥損解析計算結果不準確以及採用詳細電磁暫態倣真計算耗時大的問題,本文提齣一種利用MMC快速倣真模型精確計算中高頻MMC閥損的計算方法。推導瞭利用MMC快速倣真模型精確計算MMC閥損的方法,提齣MMC閥損的快速評估平檯,併通過MMC詳細開關模型與快速模型閥損計算結果比較驗證瞭所提齣的 MMC 快速計算模型閥損計算的準確性。而後對201電平 MMC 在50~1000 Hz 運行頻率下的損耗進行瞭計算和對比,擬閤瞭MMC閥損與有功功率以及MMC閥損與運行頻率的關繫。研究結果可以為中高頻MMC的應用提供參攷。

The analytical method for MMC (modular multi-level converter) valve loss estimation is inaccurate while the method based on detailed electro-magnetic simulation is of low efficiency. To solve this problem, an accurate power loss evaluation method of MMC based on fast simulation of MMC was proposed. Mathematical equations for accurately evaluating the power loss were firstly deduced. A fast power loss evaluation platform was then proposed by linking the PSCAD/EMTDC and Matlab files. Accuracy of the power loss calculation result using the MMC fast simulation model was verified by comparing simulation results using the detailed switching model. Detailed analysis of a 201-level MMC running at 50~1000Hz was then presented. Relationship between the power loss and power transfer level and the relationship between the power loss and operating frequencies were presented and fitted. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the application of medium/high frequency MMC.
