为解决大型喇叭形零件弧形部位的成形问题,采用锥体旋压整体成形的工艺方案,经多次试验,通过修正锥体毛坯尺寸和旋压起始位置、控制好旋压道次、进给量、旋压轮压力和增加润滑等方法,有效地解决了出现皱折和厚度减薄量大的质量问题,生产出了合格的产品。其工艺流程为:锥体毛坯制作,焊接工装底座,翻边成形,切除余量,达成图纸要求。通过与分瓣冲压组焊成形方法的对比,在大型喇叭零件的制造中采用锥体旋压整体成形法具有更好的经济性和质量可靠性。
為解決大型喇叭形零件弧形部位的成形問題,採用錐體鏇壓整體成形的工藝方案,經多次試驗,通過脩正錐體毛坯呎吋和鏇壓起始位置、控製好鏇壓道次、進給量、鏇壓輪壓力和增加潤滑等方法,有效地解決瞭齣現皺摺和厚度減薄量大的質量問題,生產齣瞭閤格的產品。其工藝流程為:錐體毛坯製作,銲接工裝底座,翻邊成形,切除餘量,達成圖紙要求。通過與分瓣遲壓組銲成形方法的對比,在大型喇叭零件的製造中採用錐體鏇壓整體成形法具有更好的經濟性和質量可靠性。

To solve the forming problem for the curved parts of the large broading formation parts, the author adopts the whole forming process of cone spinning solution,by means of perfecting the blank dimensions of cone and the starting position of spinning,controlling well of spinning passes,feeding,spinning wheel pressure and increasing lubrication,solves effectively the quality problem such as fold and large thickness reduction,producing the qualified product after processing many tests. The technological process contains fabricating cone workblanks, welding fixture skirt, flanging forming, cutting margin, meeting the requirements in drawings. Comparing with split stamping compound forming,it is more economical efficiency and reliability of quality to use the method of cone spinning forming process during the manufacture of the large broading formation parts.
