提出了一种以绝对式多圈光电编码器为核心器件的方向盘转角传感器,重点给出该转角传感器的硬件和软件实现方法,传感器通过光电编码器获得方向盘转动的角度,通过主控制器将编码器输出的电信号转换成角度值,再通过CAN总线共享给汽车其他模块。通过实验对比分析该传感器具有测量精度高、结构简单、抗干扰能力强等优点。

This paper presents a sensor of steering wheel rotation angel, taking the absolutely photoelectric encoder at the core component. The key point is to give a way to achieve the hardware and software of this rotation angle sensor. The sensor get the wheel rotation angle by the photoelectric encoder,and the MCU converts the receiving electric signal from encoder into angle values,then other moderns can share these values through CAN bus. By contrast experiments,the analysis shows the sensor advantages of high measurement accuracy,simple structure,strong ability of anti-interference.
