In mass customization, product structure, customized functions are with a high degree of personalization. ETO product design project planning involves a variety of resources, such as manpower, tools, time etc. The scheduling and configuration process of recourses are with lots of constraints. Therefore, the processes of resource effective allocation are very difficult. Through the establishment of ETO enterprise project resource model and resources allocation algorithm based on priority that combined with enterprise resource allocation rule, the resources allocation of ETO projects is optimized. The efficiency of resources allocation of ETO product design project is enhanced.
