“双肩挑”干部是中国情境下高校管理队伍的一种特有现象，它在一定程度上缓解了我国高校管理干部数量相对不足的问题，为我国高等教育事业的发展做出了积极的贡献。但是，“双肩挑”模式有其不可规避的矛盾和问题，“双肩挑”———路在何方？文章对“双肩挑”模式的干部选拔任用机制之利弊进行了客观的分析，并据此提出优化和改进“双肩挑”模式的对策和建议。

“Double-shouldering”model is an unique phenomenon in China. To some extent ,it eased the contradiction of lack of administrative staff in universities,and make a positive contribution to the development of higher education. However, the “Double-shouldering”model had some inevitable contradictions and problems. This paper try to make an objectively analy-sis on the advantages and disadvantages of “Double-shouldering”model and propose some countermeasures to optimize and im-prove this mode.
