介绍了新泓口发电厂AVC(自动电压无功控制)子站系统的配置情况,针对调试过程及实际运行中发现的问题,着重从AVC主站与子站的采样偏差﹑高压厂用变压器档位﹑无功分配策略﹑ AVC与RTU(远程终端)的通信﹑ KVM延长器﹑ AVC投退时机等方面入手,查找原因并给出解决方案,提高了AVC的投入率和调节合格率,并对同类机组AVC的调试和运行维护提出几点建议。

The paper introduces configuration of AVC substation system in Xinhongkou power plant. In view of problem in commissioning and actual operation, the paper investigates problems and the solutions in terms of sampling deviation of AVC master station and substation, tap position of high-voltage auxiliary transformer, allocation strategy of reactive power, communication of AVC and RTU, KVM extender, switching time of AVC to improve the service rate and adjustment qualified rate of AVC. Furthermore, the paper proposes sev-eral operation and maintenance advices for AVC of the similar units.
