The paper introduces main points of energy-saving coordination control based on stored energy and explores to use thermal energy storage technology to develop an energy-saving coordination control system based on condensate throttling, by which operation safety and economical efficiency are guaranteed, and re-quirements on peak shaving and frequency regulation of power grid are met.
