After 2 years of operation in a company,the fluidized bed furnace has malfunctioned. The steel shell and the furnace roof had corroded and damaged seriously. Entrusted by the court, the quality identification team had conducted corrosion and damage reason analysis of the fluidized bed furnace body. The results show that the lining laying of furnace roof had quality defects and the painting process of steel shell did not conformed to the specifications of national standards and industrial standards. Those were the main reasons of corrosion and damage. After analysis,suggestions about lining laying and painting process of fluidized bed furnace were made.
