针对No96薄膜型LNG船货舱绝缘箱建造过程中精度难以控制的问题，在介绍标准的绝缘箱制造工艺流程的基础上，重点分析建造过程中可能出现的问题及技术难点，提出相应的质量管控建议。船厂模型舱建造实践证明，采取系列措施可以有效地提高绝缘箱的制造精度及优品率。

To solve the issues of quality and precise in manufacturing insulation box for LNG carrier ( No96 type) , the stand-ard manufacturing technique and process of insulation box is introduced, and some suggestion and measures are given in quality control by analyzing the potential problems and difficulty during construction.It is proven that the mention measures effectively im-prove the manufacture precision and quality of insulation box by shipyard successful experience during murk-up construction.
