为分析核动力设备阀架的抗冲击强度并验证ASMEⅢ规范用于抗冲击强度校核的可行性,以柴油发电机组的阀架抗冲击强度校核为例,采用ABAQUS软件进行抗冲击时程计算,对阀架的应力响应采用ASMEⅢNF的力学评定要求进行校核,并根据GJB 1060.1-91对校核结构进行对比验证。结果表明:两种校核工况下,阀架的抗冲击强度满足要求,且按ASMEⅢ计算的冲击失效系数更小,能够充分发挥材料和结构的性能,提高抗冲击设计的经济性。
為分析覈動力設備閥架的抗遲擊彊度併驗證ASMEⅢ規範用于抗遲擊彊度校覈的可行性,以柴油髮電機組的閥架抗遲擊彊度校覈為例,採用ABAQUS軟件進行抗遲擊時程計算,對閥架的應力響應採用ASMEⅢNF的力學評定要求進行校覈,併根據GJB 1060.1-91對校覈結構進行對比驗證。結果錶明:兩種校覈工況下,閥架的抗遲擊彊度滿足要求,且按ASMEⅢ計算的遲擊失效繫數更小,能夠充分髮揮材料和結構的性能,提高抗遲擊設計的經濟性。

To analysis shock resistance strength of nuclear equipment mounting and verify the feasibility of ASME Ⅲ to shock resistance strength evaluation, ABAQUS is used to make shock resistance time domain calculation by taking the diesel gen-erator set's mounting as an example.Evaluate stress intensity of the mounting with ASMEⅢNF, and then verify the result with GJB 1060.1-91.The numerical results show that the mounting's shock resistance strength is safe for two evaluation cases; the shock failure factor calculated by ASMEⅢis smaller;the performance of material and structure can be improved by ASMEⅢso as the economy of shock resistance design.
