陕西省安康市创新打造“生猪产业联盟”，金融全方位、全流程介入，通过构建“信贷+龙头企业+规模化养殖场”的产业联合体，以产业金融资本整合全产业链条，通过机制创新破解融资难题，实现了风险共担，利益共享，带动生猪产业上下游企业同步发展，带动从业人员脱贫致富，形成规模效应。该产业联盟在完善现代农业经营机制、破解中小企业融资难题和秦巴特困地区产业扶贫等方面具有较强的借鉴意义。

It was put forward at the central rural economic work conference that the new type of the agricultural production and operation system and mechanism should be created. The Pig Industry Association set up in Ankang city in Shaanxi province is an in-dustry union which combines the credit, leading enterprises and large-scale farms. By means of the association, the industrial capital is put into the industry chain, which effectively solves the difficulties in financing, shares the risks and benefits, drives the development of the upstream and downstream enterprises of the pig industry, helps the local workers out of poverty and forms the scale effect. The industry alliance provides the reference in perfecting modern agricultural management mechanism, solving the difficulties in financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and the poverty alleviation in Qinba mountainous areas.
