针对原海洋石油161平台液压升降系统在实际应用中存在主液压系统流量不能适应负载的变化,平台升降过程中易发生倾斜,液压系统冷却不佳等方面的问题,提出在主液压系统中增加压差控制阀组,在单桩提升油缸液压系统中增加负载平衡阀组、油缸同步元件及电磁控制阀,在主液压系统回油管路上增设冷却器等改进措施。

The hydraulic lifting system of the HYSY 161 offshore platform exist some problems, such as the main hydraulic system can not adapt to the load change, the tilt prone in the process of platform lifting, hydraulic system cooling is poor and so on.To solve these problems, some improvement solutions are put forward to redesign the hydraulic systems, including to increase the pressure difference control valve in the main hydraulic system, increase the load balance valve, cylinder synchronous element and the electromagnetic valve control in single pile lifting cylinder in the hydraulic system, in the main oil return pipeline of the hydraulic system is provided with a cooler and other improvement measures.
