This paper briefly described the main parameters of releasing oxygen‐enriched air based on the air separation unit during the normal operation ,as well as relevant design data of an 80 × 103 t/a sulfur recovery unit .Through analyzing and calculating main material balance ,the feasibility of using released oxygen‐enriched air from the air separation unit for the 80 × 103 t/a sulfur recovery unit was discussed .
