通过分析立管结构的受力控制方程，使用非线性时域分析软件OrcaFlex建立管中管结构的有限元模型，分析生产TTR在正常操作状态时，不同顶部张力系数、不同波高和谱峰周期对立管强度的影响，并根据API RP 2 RD规范校核管中管结构外管和内管的应力。结果表明，随着顶部张力系数增加，外部套管有效张力和等效应力均增大明显，内管改变不敏感；当波浪周期逼近平台运动周期，随着波高的增加，外管的有效张力和最大等效应力均增加，内管微幅变化；校核API规范，立管结果满足要求。认为在顶部预张力立管校核时，应对其进行敏感性分析，协调多个参数以使其性能达到最优。

The governing equations of top tensioned risers ( TTR) are analyzed, FEA models are established by the nonlin-ear time domain software ORCAFLEX.Under operating case, parameter sensitivity analysis of different TTF, wave height and its peak period are carried out by checking the max von Mises stress of outer casing and inner tubing.The results show that the effec-tive tension and equivalent stress of casing increase as the TTF increases, while that of tubing change little;when the wave peak period approach the SEMI motion period closer, the effective tension and stress of casing increase with the wave height raises, and results of tubing is stable.Besides, all the results can meet the API code.When checking the TTRs, several parameters should be changed to make TTRs performance reach the best.
