研制了一种能够处理多种面额硬币的自动化装置，应用于金融领域自助服务终端。设计了5个硬币暂存装置组合，能够将分币、分类暂存、原币返还、循环找零功能集成在一起；在较小的尺寸限制内实现了全功能的硬币处理模块；设计了能够高效控制各个运动部件的控制系统及工作流程，实现硬币处理模块的各个业务功能；最后对模块的各项功能及性能指标进行测试，该装置结构和工艺设计合理，与驱动部分配合合理，有较好的应用前景。

A kind of roboticized machine which can dispose a mass of denominations coins was designed. This machine was applied on self-service terminal. It used five escrows as a combination which can integrate some functions such as coin discrimination, temporary preservation,the original coin return,cyclic change. A full function coin handling system was realized in a small size. The whole control system that used to drive all the roboticized components and coin processing was designed to realize various business functions. Finally, the functional and performance testing showed that the structure and technological design of the equipment were reasonable and with a good working situation.
