传统的带有放汁功能的食物搅拌机,水嘴采用固定封堵装置,不能清洗,管内无法清洗的残留汁渣可能会因时间过长而腐烂变臭,同时堵塞疏汁通道。针对上述问题,对搅拌机进行创新设计,采用可分离的疏汁机构,合理设计导液槽的结构和位置,充分利用杠杆原理,彻底疏汁,并实现分离清洗、便捷清理残渣。同时针对薄壁零件,进行快速成型,突破家电手板制作关键问题。

The traditional food agitator with juice release function, its water nozzle is a fixed blocking device, unable to be washed, the unwashed juice residue inside the pipe may corrupt and be rancid due to long time laying aside, and block juice flow channel. In view of above problems, an innovative design on agitator has been raised in this paper, using separatable juice release device, reasonably designing the structure and position of the juice guiding slot, has made full use of lever principle, completely released juice, at the same time fulfilled separate washing, and clear up residue conveniently. Meanwhile, rapid prototyping has been raised in view of the thin-walled parts, the key problems of the prototype making for household appliances have been broken through.
