This paper presents the main parameters and characteristics of GF-2 camera, and compares its main performances with those of foreign similar cameras. This paper also discusses the technological innovation of GF-2 camera in the following aspects: camera overall plan, integration of space and ground, isolation of micro-vibration and precise thermal control. Through the whole link analysis , simulation as well as other technical means, we integrate the design idea oflF/P=1 with modulation transfer function compensation technology, make the camera light and small, and the image quality meet the requirements of the user. Finally, the paper gives the inspiration of the development of the GF-2 camera.
