目的：评估成人正畸治疗后满意度，分析相关影响因素。方法分别用口腔状况对日常生活影响（dental impact on daily living，DIDL）问卷，和艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）来评估正畸后满意度和患者的心理特点。结果27．0％的受试者完全满意，不满意的为11．5％。外倾性得分与总体满意度正相关。神经质得分与总体满意度、舒适度满意度、整体性能满意度呈负相关。结论年龄、性别、矫正时间、拔牙与否对正畸治疗后满意度无影响。人格与满意度有相关性，互相之间相互影响。神经质得分高的正畸治疗患者常常对矫治结果满意度低。外倾性得分高者满意度高。

Objective The objective of this study was to evaluate adult′s satisfaction after orthodontic treatment,and to identify fac-tors that may affect patients′ satisfaction. Methods Dental impact on daily living (DIDL)questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were used to evaluate the satisfaction of patients after orthodontic and their psychological characteristics respec-tively. Results 27. 0% subjects were totally satisfied with their teeth,while 11. 5% subjects were dissatisfied. The extraversion score was positively related to overall satisfaction. The neuroticism score was negatively related to overall satisfaction,general performance sat-isfaction and oral comfort satisfaction. Conclusions Age,gender,treatment time and extraction therapy were unrelated to satisfaction after orthodontic treatment,while personality and satisfaction were correlated to each other. Patients with high neuroticism scores were likely to be dissatisfied with the orthodontic effects,while patients with high extraversion scores were easy to get satisfied.
