在我国，地方政府处在行政体系的末端，它最终成为各项方针政策的贯彻落实者。地方政府执行力的强弱决定政策能否得以顺利实施，取得预期成效，同时影响党中央的意图是否能够准确无误的传递给社会公众，还关乎整个政治体制的稳固与否。而在当前，地方政府的政策执行问题凸显，其政策执行力遭到越来越多的质疑，因此提升地方政府的政策执行力，迫在眉睫。政策执行力的提升对于提高我国人民的幸福感，推动我国社会的和谐发展，促进中国梦的实现有着重要意义。

In our country,the local government in the lower end of the administrative bureaucratic system,the local govern-ment will eventually implement the policies.The policy executive power of the local government determines the strength of a pol-icy which can be successfully implemented to achieve the desired results;Meanwhile it determines the strength of the party and the central intention which is to be able to accurately convey to the public;Besides it also determines the stability of the entire po-litical system or not.But at present,the local government have some problems in the process of policy implementation,so it is important to improve the execution power of local government policies in the current situation.That will improve the people's well-being,motivate the harmonious development of our society,and promote the realization of the Chinese dream.
