浙江农产品经纪人协会与经纪人队伍建设一直来都比较重视,许多措施都走在了全国前列,但从调查的数据分析看,有相当比例的经纪人年龄偏大,文化程度低,以个体经营为主,经营规模较小,普遍缺乏抗击农产品市场经营风险的能力。应从政府、协会和经纪人自身三个层面出发,立体构建农产品经纪人的发展战略。

The association of agricultural products and broker team construction in Zhejiang are always being attached great importance. Many measures are in the top in China. But the survey data analysis shows that a significant percentage of the brokers are older with low cultural level. It is mainly self-employed, operating on a smaller scale, and lack of fighting the ability to fight against agricultural market management risk. The development strategy of agricultural products broker should be built from three aspects: the government, the association and the broker.
