本研究采用盐酸浸出黑色页岩中的硫元素,考察了反应温度,液固比(v/w),酸的浓度和反应时间对硫元素的浸出效果的影响,根据实验条件,得出反应条件在20益,液固比为4:1,盐酸浓度为1mol/L,反应时间为3小时的条件下,硫的浸出率达到38.38%。
本研究採用鹽痠浸齣黑色頁巖中的硫元素,攷察瞭反應溫度,液固比(v/w),痠的濃度和反應時間對硫元素的浸齣效果的影響,根據實驗條件,得齣反應條件在20益,液固比為4:1,鹽痠濃度為1mol/L,反應時間為3小時的條件下,硫的浸齣率達到38.38%。
본연구채용염산침출흑색혈암중적류원소,고찰료반응온도,액고비(v/w),산적농도화반응시간대류원소적침출효과적영향,근거실험조건,득출반응조건재20익,액고비위4:1,염산농도위1mol/L,반응시간위3소시적조건하,류적침출솔체도38.38%。
In this study, hydrochloric acid was used to sulfur leaching of black shale. Effect of temperature,liquid/solid(v/w),acid concentration and reaction time has been studied to get the max leaching rate of sulfur in black shale. Depending on the leaching condition, it was found that the leaching rate of sulfur could be raised up to 38.38%, the optimum of operating condition were temperature is 20℃, liquid/solid(v/w)is 4:1,acid concentration 1mol/L and reaction time 3 hours.
