In this paper, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been introduced to the college teacher’professional ethics evaluation. The paper improved the voting rule of the "vote type" membership degree in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then established an index system for the college teacher’professional ethics evaluation, finally, described the detailed evaluation process through an practical example. By feedback, the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation.
