为降低柴油机排气温度,根据流体力学、热力学和喷射器的基本原理对安装在柴油机排气管路上的自流喷水冷却装置降温效果进行理论计算和分析,结合模拟试验完成自流喷水冷却装置结构的方案设计。使用表明,该装置将柴油机排气温度降低至100℃,可有效降低排气红外辐射特征,柴油机的排气背压没有明显增加。

In order to reduce the diesel engine exhaust temperature, the cooling effect of spouting water cooling device of gravity flow which is installed in the diesel engine exhaust pipe is analyzed and calculated by fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and the basic principle of ejector.Combined with the simulation test, the structure of spouting water cooling device is designed. The practical application of the device show that the diesel engine exhaust temperature is lowered to 100℃, and reduce charac-teristics of the exhaust infrared radiation effectively, besides, the diesel engine exhaust back pressure is not obviously increased.
