为建立有效的预报对转桨无空泡噪声特性的方法,基于CFD方法对CRP-7对转桨进行数值仿真。使用FLUENT 14.0计算均匀来流下的瞬态水动力性能,利用FLUENT 14.0中的声学仿真模块进行无空泡线谱噪声的数值模拟分析,将数值计算得到的声压频谱曲线同理论计算值进行对比,再模拟并分析噪声指向性。实验值与理论计算值对比表明,所构建的计算方法可靠。对转桨无空泡线谱噪声呈周期性脉动的规律及近桨处声指向性为与单桨不同的类“8”字形分布。

In order to establish an effective method to predict the non-cavitation noise characteristics of the contra-rotating propeller, the CRP-7 contra-rotating propeller's noise characteristics are simulated by CFD method.The FLUENT 14.0 is used to calculate the transient hydrodynamic performance of propeller in the condition of uniform flow, and analyze the non-cavitation line-spectrum noise of CRP-7 by acoustic simulation module.The CRP-7 noise directivity is simulated.The reliability of the method is validated by comparing the experimental values with the theoretical one.It is found that the non-cavitation line-spec-trum noise of CRP-7 present the law of the periodic pulse, and the sound directivity distribution is similar to"8"shape near pro-peller which is different from the single propeller.
