江西省电视事业发展相比经济发展显得更加滞后，缺少在全国有影响的电视节目。优秀主持人才的缺失是其中的重要原因。一个现代传媒时代的主持人，应具备良好的思想道德素质，扎实的播音品质，良好的心理状态和一定的文化功底等基本素质。除此之外，拓展能力的培养诸如思辨能力、编导能力、个性化培养、文学涵养、新闻敏感和创新能力同样重要。文章在大量的采访的基础上，提出了拓展能力培养的新模式。

The development of TV industry compared to Jiangxi economic development is more less,lacking of influence in national TV program. The lack of excellent presiders is one of the important reasons. As a host of modern media era,his basic quality of need is:good ideological and moral quality,solid broadcasting quality,a certain cultural knowledge. A good state of mind. However,the ability to expand the training such as critical thinking skills,and ability,cultivation of personali-ty,literary accomplishment,ability of innovation is also important and sensitive information. This paper,based on a lot of in-terviews,proposes a new model of expansion ability,having considerable reference value.
