针对大连船舶集团船务工程有限公司拆船项目,以《欧盟法规》为准则,提出新型的绿色拆船技术方案。按照国际拆船公约要求提供船舶有害材料( IHM)清单,考虑拆解过程中对干船坞的利用效率,用PATRAN软件对拆解剩余船体结构进行有限元分析,制定安全拆解顺序。实践证明,该方案环境污染小、坞内拆解剩余船体顺利漂浮、码头拆解不倾覆,不折断且干船坞坞期短。

Taking a ship-recycling project of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry, Marine Services Co., Ltd as the object of study, a green dismantling process scheme is proposed based on EU Convention.The scheme develops the inventory of hazardous materi-als ( IHM) of the ship, considering the efficiency of using the cove in the dismantling process.The finite element analysis of the remaining hull with Patran is carried out to make a safe dismantling order.It is proved that the scheme caused less pollution of the environment, the remaining hull floats successfully in the cove, the ship is not overthrow or broke in the pier dismantling process, so that the term of using the cove is shorter.
