以城镇污水处理厂生化尾水为研究对象,研究PFS、 FeCS、 PFDA等3种铁盐深度除磷效果,采用Origin软件对数据进行分析,探讨铁盐投加量与总磷去除率的关系。试验结果表明,经混凝处理后,水样中总磷残留浓度均达到GB 18918―2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准的要求,获得了较为满意的净化效果。总磷残留率(ρP/ρP0)与ρFe存在良好的相关性,相关系数R2=0.973;数学模型χ2检验结果证明,理论值与实测值偏离程度不大。通过与3个典型实例分析比较,该模型具有适用宽泛,可应用于城镇污水处理厂提标改造工程。

Taking biochemical tail water from municipal sewage treatment plant as the research object, the enhanced phosphorus removing performances of PFS, FeCS and PFDA were studied; Besides, the relationship be-tween ferric coagulant dosage and removal rate of total phosphorus was discussed through data analysis using ori-gin software. The test results showed that, through the coagulation treatment, the residual total phosphorus con-centration in water sample could meet the relevant specification of level A grade 1 in GB 18918―2002 Dis-charge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant, the purification effect was satisfying. There was a good correlation between residual rate of total phosphorus(ρP/ρP0) and ρFe, and the correlation index R2 = 0.973. The mathematical model χ2 test results proved that, the deviate degree between the theoretical and measured values was not serious. According to the comparison of three typical actual cases, the said mathematical model had practical significance for the upgrading and reconstruction of municipal sewage treatment plant.
