利用化工流程模拟软件PROII建立了乙烯装置急冷系统的稳态仿真模型。在对大量的模拟数据进行分析后,找出急冷系统中对产品和能量有影响操作参数,并提取数据利用线性回归分析法进行模型识别,建立了以产品分离度和换热器热量回收值最大的多目标的数学模型。采用NSGA-II算法对多目标优化模型进行求解,得到Pareto最优解集,结合生产装置实际运行情况,提出了优化操作条件。

This paper used a simulator PROII to build a steady state simulation model of quench system in ethylene plant. A huge amount of simulated data was analyzed to find out the operating parameters affecting the product and energy in the quench system and extracted data to make model identification by using linear regression method. It built the multi-objective mathematical model of enabling product resolution in quench system and heat recovery value of heat exchanger to be maximum. The NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the multi-objective optimization model and get Pareto optimal solution sets. Based on the production practice,it proposed optimized operation condition. The results showed that this method is effective and feasible. It provided a useful method to optimizing design and directing operation for quench system .
