The implementation of production plan for producing more gasoline in the 1.8 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company was described. The result showed,under the condition of not changing feed stock components and nature,the measures such as applying RICC-3 catalyst of high-activity and improving reaction temperature can improve reaction depth;optimizing operation condition,broadening gasoline distillation range and raising gasoline dry point and vapor pressure made gasoline yield increased 1.15%and octane number increased 3.5.
