Taking the 700 kt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Company as instance,the large capacity optimization operation for fractional distillation before hydrogenation process is introduced.The problems existed in the pretreatment unit under large handing capacity after direct atmospheric naphtha supply is analyzed. Combined with a series of optimization measures,the solution to solve the problem is proposed. Through optimization, reforming feed quality is ensured,preprocessing operation is stable and economic benefit is improved.
