目的：探讨针刺对血管性痴呆大鼠血清中Bax和Bcl-2表达的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和针刺组。间断夹闭颈总动脉法建立VaD模型，Morris水迷宫实验检测模型是否成功，酶联免疫吸附法分析（ELISA ）检测血清中Bax和Bcl-2的含量。结果针刺治疗后Bax表达较模型组〔（410.176±65.942） pg／mL比（612.353±92.554） pg／mL〕下降（ P＜0.01），Bcl-2较模型组表达〔（275.509±60.833） pg／mL 比（119.246±20.562） pg／mL〕明显升高（ P＜0.01）。结论针刺可通过上调大鼠Bcl-2水平，下调Bax表达，对抗脑缺血所致的细胞凋亡，防止继发性损伤，达到促进神经修复的作用。
목적：탐토침자대혈관성치태대서혈청중Bax화Bcl-2표체적영향。방법장대서수궤분위가수술조、모형조화침자조。간단협폐경총동맥법건립VaD모형，Morris수미궁실험검측모형시부성공，매련면역흡부법분석（ELISA ）검측혈청중Bax화Bcl-2적함량。결과침자치료후Bax표체교모형조〔（410.176±65.942） pg／mL비（612.353±92.554） pg／mL〕하강（ P＜0.01），Bcl-2교모형조표체〔（275.509±60.833） pg／mL 비（119.246±20.562） pg／mL〕명현승고（ P＜0.01）。결론침자가통과상조대서Bcl-2수평，하조Bax표체，대항뇌결혈소치적세포조망，방지계발성손상，체도촉진신경수복적작용。
Objective To investigate the role of needling affect to expression of Bax and Bcl-2 of the rats after vascular de-mentia (VaD ) .Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group ,VaD model group and Needling treat-ment group .The rat model of VaD was built by intermittently clipping common carotid artery .Morris water maze test whether the surgery had been successful and detection the changes of Bax and Bcl-2 by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA ) .Results Bax expression (410 .176 ± 65 .942 ) pg/mL compare (612 .353 ± 92 .554 ) pg/mL decreased after acupuncture treatment ( P<0 .01 ) ,the Bcl-2 expression (275 .509 ± 60 .833 ) pg/mL compares (119 .246 ± 20 .562 ) pg/mL increased significantly ,Bax/Bcl-2 ratio decreased compared with model group ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion The acupunc-ture therapy on vascular dementia maybe related to up-regulated the expression of Bcl-2 protein in rat and decreased Bax protein expression thus regulate anti-apoptotic effect and promotes neurological function recovery in cerebral ischemia injury and prevent secondary injury ,to promote the role of nerve repair .
