目的:基于病理学评价研究药对淫羊藿女贞子对激素干预哮喘大鼠的影响。方法卵蛋白致大鼠慢性哮喘模型后,腹腔注射地塞米松模拟激素干预过程,在激素应用同时及撤停时合用中药淫羊藿女贞子,观察对肺组织病理、血及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)涂片嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)数量的影响。结果激素干预组、淫羊藿女贞子合激素Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著改善肺组织支气管黏膜上皮脱落、管腔阻塞程度(分别为0.391±0.200,0.429±0.200,0.429±0.200,P均<0.05),降低BALF中EOS数量(分别为8.30±2.06,9.70±2.45,10.60±2.32,P<0.05或0.01)及肺组织总管壁厚度(分别为106.26±14.00,95.73±14.78,87.47±14.44,P均<0.01);激素干预组、淫羊藿女贞子合激素干预Ⅰ组显著抑制血EOS数量(分别为5.30±2.31,5.50±1.51,P均<0.01),改善肺组织EOS浸润(分别为0.420±0.200,0.348±0.200,P均<0.05);淫羊藿女贞子合激素Ⅰ组可显著降低肺组织平滑肌厚度(16.46±4.17,P<0.05)。结论激素应用同时配伍淫羊藿女贞子可增强协同抗炎作用及抑制哮喘气道重塑的作用。

목적:기우병이학평개연구약대음양곽녀정자대격소간예효천대서적영향。방법란단백치대서만성효천모형후,복강주사지새미송모의격소간예과정,재격소응용동시급철정시합용중약음양곽녀정자,관찰대폐조직병리、혈급폐포관세액(BALF)도편기산성립세포(EOS)수량적영향。결과격소간예조、음양곽녀정자합격소Ⅰ、Ⅱ조현저개선폐조직지기관점막상피탈락、관강조새정도(분별위0.391±0.200,0.429±0.200,0.429±0.200,P균<0.05),강저BALF중EOS수량(분별위8.30±2.06,9.70±2.45,10.60±2.32,P<0.05혹0.01)급폐조직총관벽후도(분별위106.26±14.00,95.73±14.78,87.47±14.44,P균<0.01);격소간예조、음양곽녀정자합격소간예Ⅰ조현저억제혈EOS수량(분별위5.30±2.31,5.50±1.51,P균<0.01),개선폐조직EOS침윤(분별위0.420±0.200,0.348±0.200,P균<0.05);음양곽녀정자합격소Ⅰ조가현저강저폐조직평활기후도(16.46±4.17,P<0.05)。결론격소응용동시배오음양곽녀정자가증강협동항염작용급억제효천기도중소적작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of Herba Epimedii ,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and glucocorti-coids(GC) on the pathology change in the asthmatic rats .Methods Rat asthmatic model was established by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin(OVA) .Dexamethasone was injected into asthmatic rats with the oral gavage of Epimedium and Ligustrumlucidum at different treatment stage of GC withdraw .The pathological changes of lung tissue and the eosinophils (EOS) number in the branchoalveolar lavage fluids(BALF) and blood were observed .Results The GC group and the first and second groups of the combination of Herba Epimedii ,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and GC alleviated bronchial mucosa epithe-lial shedding and lumenobstruction (0 .391 ± 0 .200 ,0 .429 ± 0 .200 ,0 .4290 ± 0 .200 ,P<0 .05 ) ,reduced the EOS number in BALF (8 .30 ± 2 .06 ,9 .70 ± 2 .45 ,10 .60 ± 2 .32 ,P<0 .05 or 0 .01 ) ,and decreased the total bronchial wall area in the lung tissue (106 .26 ± 14 .00 ,95 .73 ± 14 .78 ,87 .47 ± 14 .44 ,P<0 .01 ) .The GC group and the first group of the combi-nation of Herba Epimedii ,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and GC reducedthe EOS number inthe blood (5 .30 ± 2 .31 ,5 .50 ± 1 .51 , P<0 .01 ) and the EOS infiltration in the lung tissue (0 .42 ± 0 .200 ,0 .348 ± 0 .200 ,P<0 .05 ) .The first group of the combination of Herba Epimedii ,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and GC can reduce the smooth musche area in the lung tissue (16 .46 ± 4 .17 ,P<0 .05 ) .Conclusions The combination of Herba Epimedii ,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and GC hasbetter anti-in-flammatory effects on the asthmatic model of rats ,and play a protective role in inhibiting airway remodeling .
