目的：了解目前云南省洱源县居民的就医意愿现状及其主要影响因素。方法：对云南省洱源县不同行政区域小区居民进行现场问卷调查。结果：医疗技术水平、医保定点医院、医院收费、交通便利、医护人员服务态度等是影响患者选择医院的重要因素。另外，性别、年龄、文化程度（学历）等个体特征对患者选择医院也有很大影响。结论：重视医疗技术水平和服务质量，交通便利，以患者为中心，提供多样化服务，完善医保政策是医院赢得患者，扩大医疗市场需着力推进的几个重要方面。
목적：료해목전운남성이원현거민적취의의원현상급기주요영향인소。방법：대운남성이원현불동행정구역소구거민진행현장문권조사。결과：의료기술수평、의보정점의원、의원수비、교통편리、의호인원복무태도등시영향환자선택의원적중요인소。령외，성별、년령、문화정도（학력）등개체특정대환자선택의원야유흔대영향。결론：중시의료기술수평화복무질량，교통편리，이환자위중심，제공다양화복무，완선의보정책시의원영득환자，확대의료시장수착력추진적궤개중요방면。
Objective:To study the status of health-seeking behaviors for community residents in Eryuan county and its main influence factors.Method:Community residents in different areas and outpatients and inpatients in different medical institutions in Eryuan county were investigated with questionnaires.Result:The factors of medical technology,the appointed hospital of medical insurance,charges,traffic convenience,and medical staffs’attitude were important to influence the patients’health-seeking behavior.In addition,factors of gender,age and education background also had influence on it.Conclusion:Some countermeasures are put forward for hospitals to attract patients and develop themselves,such as valuing medical technology and medical service quality,convenience of transportation,centering with patients,diversifying medical service and improving medical insurance system.
