目的:探讨血管性血友病因子(vWF)与血管性血友病因子裂解酶(vWF-cp)在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者90例(妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组,各30例)与30名正常妊娠产妇胎盘组织中vWF和vWF-cp的表达。结果妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组对比正常妊娠组,vWF在胎盘组织的表达强度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);vWF-cp在胎盘组织里的表达强度显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病中vWF及vWF-cp的表达水平变化最终导致血管内皮细胞脱落产生胎盘源性改变,从而与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病与病情有关。

목적:탐토혈관성혈우병인자(vWF)여혈관성혈우병인자렬해매(vWF-cp)재임신기고혈압질병태반조직중적표체급의의。방법채용면역조직화학방법검측임신기고혈압질병환자90례(임신기고혈압조、경도자간전기조、중도자간전기조,각30례)여30명정상임신산부태반조직중vWF화vWF-cp적표체。결과임신기고혈압조、경도자간전기조、중도자간전기조대비정상임신조,vWF재태반조직적표체강도현저승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);vWF-cp재태반조직리적표체강도현저강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론임신기고혈압질병중vWF급vWF-cp적표체수평변화최종도치혈관내피세포탈락산생태반원성개변,종이여임신기고혈압질병적발병여병정유관。
Objective Study of vWF and vWF-cp expression and significance in placental of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy.Methods Detection of 90 cases of gestational hypertension group by munohistochemical method (30 cases of gestational hypertension; 30 cases of mild preeclampsia; 30 cases of severe preeclampsia) and 30 cases of normal pregnancy the expression of vWF and vWF-cp in the placenta. Results Gestational hypertension;30 cases of mild preeclampsia; 30 cases of severe preeclampsia compared with normal pregnancy group, the expression intensity of vWF in placenta in significantly increased (P<0.05), with a statistically significant difference between the groups; the expression intensity of vWF-cp in placenta tissue was significantly lower (P<0.05), with a statistically significant difference between the groups.Conclusion The expression levels of vWF and vWF-cp in gestational hypertension disease in patients with damaged vascular endothelial cells in the placenta, the placenta is small, resulting in the pathogenesis of vascular endothelial cell loss hypertension induced apoptosis of placenta derived cells and pregnancy related disease.
