为培养出合格的工程硕士,通过汲取国内外知名核科学技术研究机构联合培养工程硕士的模式与实践经验,根据生源特点优化了工程硕士课程教学体系。以南华大学核科学技术学院为例,从实习基地的建设、“卓越工程师”培养“双师”制以及校企联合培养方案三个方面探讨核能与核技术工程专业工程硕士培养模式的新思路与新方法,从而总结出一套切实可行的核类专业“卓越工程师”培养方案。
為培養齣閤格的工程碩士,通過伋取國內外知名覈科學技術研究機構聯閤培養工程碩士的模式與實踐經驗,根據生源特點優化瞭工程碩士課程教學體繫。以南華大學覈科學技術學院為例,從實習基地的建設、“卓越工程師”培養“雙師”製以及校企聯閤培養方案三箇方麵探討覈能與覈技術工程專業工程碩士培養模式的新思路與新方法,從而總結齣一套切實可行的覈類專業“卓越工程師”培養方案。

In order to train qualified engineering masters,the University of South China have optimized the course teaching system for engineering masters by learning from the training mode and practice in foreign engineering masters co-cultiva-tion in famous research institutions of nuclear science and technology according to the source of students. For example,the academy of Nuclear Science and Technology has summarized a set of feasible 〞outstanding engineers〞training program of nuclear academy by exploring the new thinking and ways of cultivation mode of engineering masters in nuclear energy and nuclear technology engineering specialty in the three fields of the construction of practice bases,dual-functional engineers training system and co-cultivation program of schools and enterprises.
