为提高水平井多层体积压裂作业效率,对常规配置的井口注入装置、闸板防喷器、环形防喷器组合进行改进。以满足大排量注入,带压拖动,调整钻具位置、减少放喷时间,降低井口装置组合高度之需要,为此研发了一种带压拖动用注入防喷装置。该装置设计合理、结构紧凑、安全可靠、操作方便、提高了施工效率。

The general configuration of wellhead injection device, ram BOP, annular BOP combination was improved to improve the efficiency of horizontal well modified multilayer fracturing operation. In order to meet the needs of high duty injection, drag under pressure, adjusting the position of drilling rigs, reducing the blowout time, and reducing the height of wellhead combination, a kind of injection and preventer equipment were developed which can be used for stripping. The design of this kind of equipment is reasonable, the structure is compact, and it is safe and reliable, the operation of it is easy, and the construction efficiency is improved.
