针对现有微耕机结构强度分析存在的计算精度低、建模难度大、效率低等问题,提出基于参数化实体建模和自动化有限元建模与分析的微耕机结构强度快速分析方法,基于二次开发技术构建了微耕机主要零部件结构三维实体模型快速重建模块和自动化微耕机主要零部件结构有限元建模模块,实现了微耕机结构强度快速分析与结果自动提取,并通过实例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

In allusion to the deficiencies existing in current structural strength analysis of miniature farming machine such as low calculation accuracy, difficulty in structure modeling and low efficiency and so on, rapid strength analysis method for miniature farming machine structure based on parametric solid modeling and automatic finite element modeling and analyzing is presented. Then the 3D entity rapid modeling module and automatic of main miniature farming machine structure is build. And the automatic analysis executing as well as result extraction is realized. Thus, the feasibility and the effectiveness of the method is verified by a actually case.
