目的：了解在校大学生男性生殖器官的发育情况以及大学生对自身男性生殖保健的认识，为高校健康教育提供理论依据。方法：随机抽取某高校大一男性新生3157人，同时进行问卷调查及查体，结果：3157人调查中，收回问卷2988份，对男性保健认识高度重视（了解很多）者占19.34％，一般重视（了解一点）者占23.15％，不重视（不了解）者占57.51％。体检结果包皮过长者1486人，包茎者228人，精索静脉曲张者137人，隐匿阴茎者103人，阴茎下弯畸形者69人，尿道下裂者6人，隐睾者11人，睾丸肿瘤1人。结论：当代男性大学生生殖健康状况极不乐观，多数学生对自己的生殖健康状况以及产生的危害缺乏认识。高校健康教育应加强对大学生生殖健康教育，同时对大一新生入学体检，应高度重视生殖系统体检。
目的：瞭解在校大學生男性生殖器官的髮育情況以及大學生對自身男性生殖保健的認識，為高校健康教育提供理論依據。方法：隨機抽取某高校大一男性新生3157人，同時進行問捲調查及查體，結果：3157人調查中，收迴問捲2988份，對男性保健認識高度重視（瞭解很多）者佔19.34％，一般重視（瞭解一點）者佔23.15％，不重視（不瞭解）者佔57.51％。體檢結果包皮過長者1486人，包莖者228人，精索靜脈麯張者137人，隱匿陰莖者103人，陰莖下彎畸形者69人，尿道下裂者6人，隱睪者11人，睪汍腫瘤1人。結論：噹代男性大學生生殖健康狀況極不樂觀，多數學生對自己的生殖健康狀況以及產生的危害缺乏認識。高校健康教育應加彊對大學生生殖健康教育，同時對大一新生入學體檢，應高度重視生殖繫統體檢。
목적：료해재교대학생남성생식기관적발육정황이급대학생대자신남성생식보건적인식，위고교건강교육제공이론의거。방법：수궤추취모고교대일남성신생3157인，동시진행문권조사급사체，결과：3157인조사중，수회문권2988빈，대남성보건인식고도중시（료해흔다）자점19.34％，일반중시（료해일점）자점23.15％，불중시（불료해）자점57.51％。체검결과포피과장자1486인，포경자228인，정색정맥곡장자137인，은닉음경자103인，음경하만기형자69인，뇨도하렬자6인，은고자11인，고환종류1인。결론：당대남성대학생생식건강상황겁불악관，다수학생대자기적생식건강상황이급산생적위해결핍인식。고교건강교육응가강대대학생생식건강교육，동시대대일신생입학체검，응고도중시생식계통체검。
Objectives:To study the development of male reproductive organs of college students and col-lege students’awareness of their own male reproductive health care,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the health education in colleges and universities.Methods:31 57 male freshmen were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey and physical examination.Results: 2988 questionnaires were collected:1 9.34% of them paid high attention to male health (knew much),followed by 23.1 5% (paid common attention,know a little)and 57.51 % (paid no attention,know nothing).According to the physical examination,there were redundant prepuce of 1 486 people, phimosis of 228 people,varicocele of 1 37 people,concealed penis of 1 03 people,lower penis bending deformity of 69 people,hypospadias of 6 people,cryptorchidism of 1 1 people and testicular tumor of 1 peo-ple.Conclusion:The reproductive health condition of contemporary male college students is not optimistic,and most of the students lack awareness of their status of reproductive health and the harm.The reproductive health edu-cation in colleges and universities should be strengthened as well as the examination of reproductive system in the freshman entrance physical examination.
