Teaching tact is a kind of ability of teachers to deal with emergencies in the process of teaching,and also a sensitive,rapid and accurate judgment and behavior mode of teachers when they facing with the complex teaching situation.Through the understanding of teachers classroom teaching,the paper analyzes deeply the characteristics of teaching tact of teachers in the practice,such as flexibility,variability,decisiveness,inductivity,scientific feature, and so on,so as to help teachers to apply their teaching tact correctly in the classroom teaching and improve the teaching effect.
