目的：探讨中医药疗效评价体系中“医生报告结局”方法学建立的背景、内容及意义。方法通过研究“医生报告结局”概念内涵、中医古籍及现代医学对“医生报告结局”的研究、中医疗效与评价指标等内容，提出了一套新的疗效评价方法即“中医主观复合性指标体系”。结果中医主观复合性指标体系是除实验室检测的客观指标之外，病人、医生和病人看护者对疾病信息的反映，既包含中医证候要素，又体现生存质量相关理念。结论为建立中医临床疗效评价体系提供了可能，有利于中医疗效评价的客观化和现代化，对推广中医发展、制定真正能反映中医内涵的临床疗效评价体系有着重要作用。
목적：탐토중의약료효평개체계중“의생보고결국”방법학건립적배경、내용급의의。방법통과연구“의생보고결국”개념내함、중의고적급현대의학대“의생보고결국”적연구、중의료효여평개지표등내용，제출료일투신적료효평개방법즉“중의주관복합성지표체계”。결과중의주관복합성지표체계시제실험실검측적객관지표지외，병인、의생화병인간호자대질병신식적반영，기포함중의증후요소，우체현생존질량상관이념。결론위건립중의림상료효평개체계제공료가능，유리우중의료효평개적객관화화현대화，대추엄중의발전、제정진정능반영중의내함적림상료효평개체계유착중요작용。
Objective To investigate the background ,content and significance of methodology in the evaluation system of“Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinician-Reported Outcomes Scale” .Methods By studying the concept of “Clinician-Re-ported Outcomes Scale” ,ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine for research of “Clinician-Re-ported Outcomes Scale” ,curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and the evaluation index ,etc ,we put forward a new set of curative effect evaluation method ,namely “subjective compound index system of traditional Chinese medicine” .Re-sults The subjective compound index system is the response of the disease information containing patients ,doctors patients and caregivers ,in addition to the objective index of the laboratory testing .It contains both TCM syndrome elements and quality of life related concept .Conclusion It provided a possible to establish a TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system .It is beneficial to the objective efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine ,will promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and plays an important role of reflecting the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical efficacy e-valuation system .
