根据复合创新型人才的知识结构和能力特点，结合园艺专业特点及园艺产业发展的需求，在前期调研的基础上，确定了园艺专业复合创新型人才培养的目标与定位，构建了课程体系，并从师资、教学手段与方式等方面提出了复合创新型人才培养的保障条件。
根據複閤創新型人纔的知識結構和能力特點，結閤園藝專業特點及園藝產業髮展的需求，在前期調研的基礎上，確定瞭園藝專業複閤創新型人纔培養的目標與定位，構建瞭課程體繫，併從師資、教學手段與方式等方麵提齣瞭複閤創新型人纔培養的保障條件。
근거복합창신형인재적지식결구화능력특점，결합완예전업특점급완예산업발전적수구，재전기조연적기출상，학정료완예전업복합창신형인재배양적목표여정위，구건료과정체계，병종사자、교학수단여방식등방면제출료복합창신형인재배양적보장조건。
According to the compound knowledge structure and ability characteristics of innovative talents,combined with gardening professional characteristics and the needs of the development of the horticultural industry on the basis of previous research,identify the gardening specialty compound innovative talents training target and positioning, build the curriculum system,and put forward from the teachers,teaching means and methods of the composite secur-ity conditions of innovative personnel training.
