帕金森病常因肝风内动，肝肾亏虚而为病。随着社会人口老龄化的发展，帕金森的发病率有逐渐上升的趋势。辨证论治多以补益肝肾、熄风止颤为主，或可加入非药物治疗方法，以减少西药副作用对人体的伤害；同时在治疗帕金森病伴随症状方面，中医药也显示具有较好疗效。今后可进一步加强辨证的临床研究，客观有效地评价中药疗效，提高中医治疗帕金森病的有效率。

Parkinson's disease belongs to Chinese medicine “flutter” ,“vibration” category ,is thought of the result of the stirred up liver wind internally or liver and kidney deficiency .With the development of the social population aging ,the inci-dence of the disease has a rising trend ,Treatments with tonic kidney and liver ,extinguish wind stop fibrillation can make pri-ority .It also can be added to non-drug therapy method to reduce the side effects of western medicine in the harm to human body .Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with symptoms at the same time ,also showed a good curative effect .The future of clinical research can further strengthen the dialectical objective evaluating the effect of TCM effectively and improve the efficient of the TCM therapy for Parkinson's disease .
