为更好地理解《金匮要略》原著的诊疗体系及组方思路，基于原著中形气概念，以胸痹为例分析验证原著疾病分证原则、治疗处方的步骤方法，此方法较现代运用后世理论阐释原著更能揭示其本义。在《金匮要略》中对胸痹的治疗不仅应用了形气分证原则，还包含了“一祛有形实邪，二理无形病气”的形气处方思路与步骤。此结论加深了对《金匮要略》原文的理解，从另一个角度探索了《金匮要略》诊疗体系，同时为丰富和发展《金匮要略》杂病诊治体系，推动现代中医诊疗体系提供借鉴。

To better understanding of the concept system and recipe idea in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber ,based on the concept of physique and qi ,validates diagnostic principles and treatment steps in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber thoracic obstruction by way of illustration .Utilizing the concept system and recipe idea in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber to compre-hend the book is closer to the original meaning of the book by using the modern theory to explain the book .In the diagnosis and treatment system from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber ,the concept of physique and qi is not only adopted to cure the thoracic obstruction ,but also form treatment steps which should remove the visible pathological products firstly and regulate stagnant qi secondly .This conclusion contributes to deepen the understanding the original of the book ,which is also a good way to explore the original diagnosis and treatment system .It makes contribution to enrich and develop the miscellaneous dis-eases diagnosis and treatment system .At the same time it promotes the development of modern theory about the treatment ac-cording to syndrome differentiation .
