近年来，随着“刘易斯拐点”出现和“人口红利”日渐消退，中国劳动力总量开始逐年减少，而经济回暖导致对劳动力的需求却不断增加，使得劳动力供需不平衡状况加剧，珠三角各市频频出现“用工荒”现象。对于以劳动密集型产业为主、需要大量劳动力的珠三角而言，“用工荒”直接影响着珠三角经济稳定和转型升级，应引起政府和企业的高度关注。
근년래，수착“류역사괴점”출현화“인구홍리”일점소퇴，중국노동력총량개시축년감소，이경제회난도치대노동력적수구각불단증가，사득노동력공수불평형상황가극，주삼각각시빈빈출현“용공황”현상。대우이노동밀집형산업위주、수요대량노동력적주삼각이언，“용공황”직접영향착주삼각경제은정화전형승급，응인기정부화기업적고도관주。
In recent years, with the appearance of “Lewis Turning Point” and the gradual subsidence of “De-mographic Dividend”, the total labor force of our country is beginning to decrease year by year .The demand for la-bor has been increasing due to the economic recovery, and the unbalance between supply and demand of labor is becoming more serious.PRD cities are now suffering from frequent labor shortage.For PRD, where the need for a large number of labor is huge, labor shortage is just like a horrible catastrophe which directly affects the PRD eco-nomic stability, transition and upgrade.It should cause the high attention of government and enterprise.This paper analyzes the causes of labor shortage and puts forward some countermeasures.
