尖锐湿疣（CA）由人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染所致，潜伏期长、易复发、病程长、传染性强，发病率和复发率呈逐年上升趋势，已经位居我国性病传播的第二位，因此，预防性和治疗性药物研究已成为其重要内容。本文综述了近年来有关 CA 发病和复发的预防性及治疗性药物的研究和结果，为临床选择最佳方法治疗 CA 提供依据。

Condyloma acuminatum (CA)is caused by human papilloma virus (HPV)infection.CA has long incubation period,high relapse rate,long course of disease,strong infectivity.There is an upward trend in in-cidence and recurrence rates year by year,though it’s already the second sexually transmitted diseases in our coun-try.Therefore,the preventive and therapeutic drug research has become an important content in the treatment of CA.This paper reviewed research and results of the preventive and therapeutic drugs mainly related to CA and re-currence of CA to provide a basis to choose the best method for clinical treatment of CA.
