本科院校转型职业教育是社会和高校自身发展的必然要求。作为高等教育的主体，学生在转型过程中表现出来的缺乏安全感、自卑、迷茫等心理特征，需要高校管理者给予充分重视。因此，要培养学生的主人翁意识，引导学生合理定位自我，抓住两个关键期，实施柔性管理，指导学生制定合理的发展规划，以提高学生的心理调适能力。

The transformation of undergraduate colleges to occupation education is an inevitable requirement for the development of society and colleges themselves.As the subject of higher education,college students reveal the spe-cial mental characteristics in the process of transition,such as insecurity,self-contempt,confusion and so on,which college managers should pay full attention to.Therefore,we should cultivate students’ sense of being the master, lead their rational self-orientation,seize two critical periods,implement the soften management,guide the students to make reasonable development plans,so as to improve their psychology adjustment ability.
