目的：探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的可行性及安全性。方法选取2012年5月~2014年1月在本院接受治疗的90例翼状胬肉患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各45例。对照组采用单纯翼状胬肉切除术进行治疗，研究组采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术进行治疗。观察两组的术后恢复情况，并比较两组术后半年与术后1年的效果及复发率。结果研究组的角膜上皮愈合时间、住院时间、不适症状持续时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后半年、1年的痊愈率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后半年、1年的复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉效果显著，复发率低，并发症少，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토익상노육절제연합자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육적가행성급안전성。방법선취2012년5월~2014년1월재본원접수치료적90례익상노육환자작위연구대상，수궤분위연구조화대조조，각45례。대조조채용단순익상노육절제술진행치료，연구조채용익상노육절제연합자체각막연간세포이식술진행치료。관찰량조적술후회복정황，병비교량조술후반년여술후1년적효과급복발솔。결과연구조적각막상피유합시간、주원시간、불괄증상지속시간현저단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조술후반년、1년적전유솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조술후반년、1년적복발솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론익상노육절제연합자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육효과현저，복발솔저，병발증소，안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 90 cases with pterygium from May 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple pterygium excision,the study group was treated with pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.Postoperative recovery in two groups was observation,the efficacy and the recurrence rate after surgery in six months and one year in two groups was compared. Results The corneal epithe-lial healing time,hospital stay,duration of unwell symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The cure rate of the study group after surgery in six months and one year was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group after surgery in six months and one year was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium is significant,the recurrence rate is low,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
